About Donut House
A family shop, not a franchise.
Behind the counter on El Camino Real, you’ll almost always find the same two faces — the owner and her team, running this shop together for years.

The idea
The owner, her team, and a mountain mural.
Donut House is a family-run donut shop in San Clemente serving fresh-fried donuts, cinnamon rolls, apple fritters, breakfast bagels and coffee every morning. Run by a mother and daughter who've been behind the counter for years, it's the kind of place regulars have been coming to since they were kids — classic, quality, affordable and generous.
Walk in before sunrise and you’ll find the pastry case already full — glazed and chocolate-glazed rounds, cinnamon rolls, apple fritters, twists and eclairs — along with coffee brewing and the counter already open for business.

What we believe
Classic, quality, generous.
Family Run, Since Day One
A mother-and-daughter team has run the counter for years — this isn't a franchise, it's their shop, and it shows in every box that goes out the door.
Fresh Before Sunrise
Doors open at 4:45 AM. Donuts are fried, glazed and filled fresh every single morning, well before most of San Clemente is awake.
Classic & Affordable
Straightforward, generous portions at prices that haven't chased the trends — the kind of donut shop regulars have trusted for decades.
A Few Blocks from the Pier
Grab a bag on your way to the sand — Donut House sits on El Camino Real, minutes from the San Clemente pier and coastline.

A few blocks from the sand
Grab a bag on your way to the beach.
San Clemente is a beach town, and Donut House runs on beach-town time — early, easygoing, and built around the same faces coming back day after day, on their way to or from the water.
